I feel privileged to work with a team of Associates who share my values and aspirations for our wonderful clients. Their experience spans the public and private sectors in the UK and internationally.   

Winnie Sorensen is a coach and facilitator who consults in the commercial and public sectors. She has extensive experience in cross-cultural settings having worked in the US, China, South East Asia, India, Middle East, South Africa and across Europe. Winnie brings an excellent understanding of Marketing, Operations, Resale, HR and Management to her transformational work with clients. She is an accredited coach, NLP practitioner and Time to Think accredited coach and facilitator.

 

 Jessie Torrance  has been delivering leadership and organisation development in the public and commercial sectors, but particularly in health care, through facilitation and coaching for over 20 years. She has  an integrity of approach and expertise in complex areas that lends itself to achieving both personal and organisational objectives. She has delivered cross industry action learning sets for leaders in finance (FCA, Bank of England)  manufacturing (Nampak Plastics Europe), government (Ministry of Defence) and health care roles. Jessie has an MSc in Managing Change, is a Sima coach (system for identifying motivated abilities) and is an accredited‘Time To Think’ coach.

 

Ray Lamb  has many years experience of  developing and delivering programmes to enhance coaching skills of individuals and groups  He has worked across sectors, private and public, including local government and health. Ray is a Faculty Member and Senior Associate of Corporate Coach U International and on the faculty at KPMG where he delivers their Advanced Coaching and Performance Excellence Programme.

 

Rachel Day has 20 year’s business experience holding positions in HR and OD and within the Department of Health during a period of significant change. She has since established herself as a consultant to the private sector, working with companies such as Unilever, Lloyds TSB and Arriva as well as continuing to provide coaching to the Department of Health and NHS. Rachel  specialises in Executive Coaching & Leadership Development.
